And So… We Celebrate

All Time Favourite Award. A collection of ten Top 10 Awards to finally arrive there.

It’s not easy and it would not have been possible without my fans.

So, one week after the Star Awards is over, we celebrate. We celebrate the graduation. This time, it’s a little different as well, I was the host. I think it’s a different feeling for all my fans. For the first time, they didn’t have to wreck their brains over the venue, plan the games or activities, worry about the food and all the other nitty gritty details that go into planning a gathering. Actually I kept it really simple and personal, a very cosy sharing session that I have always liked to have. I definitely hope that all had fun!

All these years, they have given a big part of their lives to me, sharing in my joy and pain. Jeanius is a huge family now, a family I am always very proud of. For all that they have done, I share a part of myself with them too. I picked out figurines from my personal Precious Moments collection for each and every single one of them, hoping that this will be a precious memory for them. For all my fans, they know how much this collection means to me. I want to thank all my other fans and supporters out there as well.. I haven’t forgotten you. If anything at all, I hope my latest creation and publication “Sol’s World: Somebody to Love” will be able to reach you all. I am trying my best to make it accessible to all of you, especially my overseas friends.

Here’s also another piece of news:

Jeanius has come together to donate a water well to the people in Cambodia, Siem Reap. The well is built with water filters to provide clean water for the village. Unsafe water is one of the main reasons for illnesses and deaths in third world countries. Clean water is something that we all take for granted here in Singapore, but it is so precious over there. Just not too long ago, I was hoping to return to Cambodia and volunteer again, and it seems Jeanius has sent love that way already.

Celebrating the “graduation” this way makes it so much more meaningful. Spread the love.
