2016. The party of the year. The store was packed and the people gathered at the Michael Kors Southeast Asia Flagship store to receive the man himself, together with Kate Hudson.
Trying to navigate my way through this crowd was a challenge. In fact, I don’t remember an event where there was hardly any standing space available. When the 2 of them appeared, the frenzy was overwhelming, with people rushing forward with cameras trying to catch a glimpse of MK and KH. I was pretty amused, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a sight like that before.
I do particularly love the illustrations on the wall. I have a soft spot for such things, and all things gold…

And of course, with my fans.
It was quite an experience, being at a flagship store opening bursting with people. The dinner that followed for the few of us, gave me some breathing space and a chance to meet some lovely individuals. Thank you for the experience, Michael Kors.
