Vietnam, Hanoi

I love travelling. I love getting immersed in a different culture, just learning more about people from different parts of the world. If anything at all, I much prefer the interaction with people and taking in a different scenery over shopping.

Vietnam, Hanoi and Dien Bien. This was all I got to visit on this trip but the old world charm was magic for me already. It held on to a certain expressive spirit and organic creativity, it was lovely.

There was some time for a half day trip around Hanoi when I arrived, and I booked a late flight out, so I got to see a little more of the place. There was so much to take in, the street food, the architecture, the cute handicraft shops, the temples, and the museums. I left Vietnam wishing I had more time, just a little more time.

There’s so much more to explore in Vietnam and I’d love to go back there some day.

At this point in time, I’ve booked my flights for my next holiday destination and I’m soooooo looking forward to it.
